Pilot Health Bot
A Slack bot that correlates CRM pilots with PostHog usage to surface churn risk and ping each CSM a weekly health summary.
CSMs were essentially flying blind on pilot accounts — no clear signal on where to focus their time, which customers needed training, or which accounts were at risk of churning.
A Slack bot that pulls active pilots from the CRM and correlates them against product-usage data in PostHog. It tracks health metrics — active users, usage frequency, which pages are being used — and compares against historical data to surface early churn indicators. Every Monday it automatically pings each CSM with a health summary for their accounts. The bot is also interactive: tag it in Slack to ask usage questions or query other connected systems.
Gave CSMs visibility into account health so they could prioritize training and intervention where it actually mattered.
Runs on a dedicated Mac Mini using Claude Opus behind the scenes, with MCP server connections to PostHog, Zoho CRM, and the knowledge base.
