QA Automation
Three connected automations that generate vision-product QA work the moment a site is ready — removing the human bottleneck.

problem
QA requests for our vision products were frequently delayed because they depended on a manual submission from CSMs. We were already using Linear as the team's project-management tool, but the trigger to create QA work was a bottleneck.
approach
Three connected pieces:
- CRM-triggered QA tickets — when a site reaches a specific status, an automation checks which services apply to that site and auto-creates the corresponding Linear QA tickets, auto-tagging the QA team.
- Ad-hoc request flow — team members submit a simple Slack form with the CRM location URL, which auto-creates the tickets (and reopens existing ones if they already exist).
- Auto-verification runs — once a vision pipeline is set up, an automation on the Mac Mini automatically tests it against one of our Raspberry Pi + AI-accelerator devices and validates the analytics.
impact
Removed the human bottleneck so QA work is generated automatically the moment a site is ready.
stack
Zoho CRM Deluge automations, Linear, Slack form intake, and a Mac Mini-hosted verification runner (Playwright) against Raspberry Pi edge devices.
